Delivery Time

• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, calculated in business days only (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your package is with the shipping carrier, delivery is out of our control and depends on the carrier’s schedule.

Local Delivery (Greater Vancouver Area)

• For customers in the Greater Vancouver Area, we offer free local delivery for orders over CAD 88.

• You may also pick up your order in person if convenient.

• Free delivery is made by our team directly to your address within the local area.

Tracking

• All shipped orders include tracking where available, and you will receive a notification once your package has shipped.
