Handmade Care Promise

At Petite Murmure, each accessory is thoughtfully designed and handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all items are considered final sale, unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

Our goal is always to treat our customers fairly and respectfully — and to make things right when something isn’t.


💌 Quality Issues & Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution.

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Or a refund (for confirmed quality issues only)


✔ What Is Considered a Quality Issue

Quality issues may include:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Broken parts or workmanship defects

  • Items significantly different from the product description

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or shape are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Scrunchies and fabric-based accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items without a quality issue

  • Sale items and gift cards


🔁 Exchanges

As our items are handmade and produced in limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
If your original order has a confirmed quality issue, please contact us first so we can assist you.


📦 Shipping Responsibility

Petite Murmure is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery

  • PO box delivery issues
